What's for Dinner? Came across some Shiritake Noodles while Pantry cleaning, so of course Stir Fry tonight!

What's for Dinner? 80% Raw Zuchagne (Zucchini Lasagne) with our favorite Arugula Spinach Salad

Zuchagne: Using a mandolin, slice enough Zucchini for about 4-6 layers per person. Lightly salt, place on foiled baking sheet and let sit for 5mins. Flip, salt and let sit for another 5mins.
