Insta-Pressure cook 1c Chickpeas, 1c Lentils (Protein Power), Sliced Portabella, 1/2 -1c each Frozen Peas, Green Beans & Lima (more Protein), Zucchini, Colored Peppers, Onion, Leek, Garlic & Scallions.
