Bean Protein: 1c ea Pinto, Lima & Black Turtle, 1/2c ea Split Peas & Yellow Lentils, 1/2 Shallot, 5 Garlic Cloves, 1/2 Leek Stalk, 1 medium Onion, 5c water and seasoned with Salt & Dried Parsley, all pressure cooked for 15mins on Beans setting #yum

Chickpea Lentil Rice: 1c ea Lentils & Chickpeas, 3c Rice and seasoned with Salt, Dried Onion, Parsley & Dill

Stuffed Sweet Mini peppers: 1. Mix our Italian Oil-Free Nut-Based Meat with Raw Zucchini, Parsley & Sweet Mini Peppers trimming & stuff. 2. Mix our Garlic Nut-Based Cheese with Fresh Dill, Parsley & Chives, thin with Lemon Juice & Waster then stuff.

Salad: Greens, Arugula, Spinach, Red Onion, Sweet Peppers & our Cilantro Jalapeno Hummus thinned with some Lemon Juice & Water for the dressing.
