What's for Dinner? 100% Raw Veggie Stack layered with Meaty Tomato-Less & Creamy Cheese Sauces...

The Veggies - Thinly slice Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Turnip, Carrot & Red Bell Peppers. Place in strainer over a bowl & sprinkle with a little salt. Toss & let it drain. Save drippings for the sauce. Sub to your liking

The Meaty Tomato-Less Sauce - Blend 1 Red Pepper, Garlic, Zucchini, Oregano, Basil, Rosemary, Parsley, 1/2-1 Avocado for Creaminess as needed, the combined drippings, Lemon Juice & Black Salt to taste. In processor, pulse together 3oz Walnuts & 1oz Sunflower till just chopped and add to the sauce. Set aside.

The Creamy Cheese Sauce - 2oz Sunflower Seeds, Peeled Zucchini, Garlic, Lemon Juice & Salt to taste. Refrigerate at least 30mins to thicken or until ready to serve.

To Serve - Cut Veggies to size so they overlap neatly then start with Zucchini, the Cheese Sauce, then Turnip, Meaty Sauce, Zucchini, Cheese Sauce, Carrot, Meaty Sauce, Zucchini, Cheese Sauce, Squash, Meaty Sauce, Zucchini, Cheese Sauce & finally Red Bell Pepper topped with a spoonful of the Meaty Sauce. Garnish with Parsley & Basil!
